White Plains, N.Y., March 9, 2009 – Intelligent Search Technology (IST) is excited to announce the
availability of USPS^® NCOA^Link® Processing for updating and maintaining mailing lists.

It is estimated that over 40 million people change their address each year which makes maintaining
address quality challenging and expensive.  The NCOA^Link service helps to reduce the undeliverable addresses before they get processed for delivery.  The change-of-address information is based on
Change-of-Address Order forms submitted to the USPS^® that contain updates on individuals and/or businesses.  The  NCOA^Linkservice is equipped to match each name and address supplied and if it
recognizes a move in process, the new address or undeliverable status is provided.

The NCOA^Linkservice will enable users to:

• Reduce the amount of undeliverable items which are wasteful (think green).
• Process mail campaigns faster.
• Reduce the reprocessing of undelivered pieces.
• Cut costs incurred through returned and re-mailed items.
• Update customer address information for enhanced data quality.

Through the NCOA^Linkprocess, organizations can improve the overall quality of their data which leads to timely, more accurate and cost efficient direct mail campaigns.  In addition, special “Return Codes” provide the customer with insight as to whether an address was matched or not. For those that aren’t matched additional information is provided by pre-defined return codes.

The NCOA^Link service will be offered through IST’s hosted, Software as a Service (SaaS) model and will
work with any pre-CASS™ processed address.  For CASS™ processing of addresses, IST’s
CorrectAddress^® product is also available in a hosted model.
